OUR STORY

Authentic barbecue is deeply rooted in the history of America's southern plantations where slow roasting beef and pork were the culinary delights of any large celebration. On the Brazil Plantation in Powhatan, Louisiana, a great barbeque sauce was born. As the plantation's primary cook, Mama Clora Turner would craft and slow brew her secret sauce using only best and freshest ingredients, shaking a little of this , a dash of that and a pinch of lovin.' James (JT), her youngest son, embraces this rich heritage and continues the legacy by blending only the finest quality ingredients with that same pinch of lovin.'
