Patience, patience and more patience is the key to great bar-b-que. When grilling ribs, steaks, chops and chicken, always slow cook for maximum tenderness and flavor, then generously lather each side of the meat with JT's Original Louisiana Bar-B-Que Sauce during the last 5-10 minutes.

JT's Original Louisiana Bar-B-Que sauce is great for dunking foods such as french fries, onion rings, and chicken nuggets.

1. To achieve the ultimate flavor, it's best to shake JT's Grilling spices into your meats for at least 24 hours prior to smoking.

2. Don't forget to remove the thin membrane from the back of a pork rib slab before cooking it.

3. Don't forget the sauce! Wait until the last 5 or 10 minutes of cooking to sauce the meat with JT's Original Louisiana BBQ Sauce.

4. If you are using a home charcoal grill, one layer of charcoal is enough to slow cook ribs or chicken. Too many coals will cause it to cook too fast. Turn the meat very frequently.

5. Spread the coals after they turn gray. The heat from the coals should last about 2 hours.
