Tips to Prepare You For BBQ Season.

1. To achieve the ultimate flavor, it’s best to rub JT’s Grilling spices into your meats for at least 24 hours prior to smoking.

2. Don’t forget to remove the thin membrane from the back of a pork rib slab before cooking it.

3. Don’t forget the sauce! Wait until the last 5 or 10 minutes of cooking to sauce the meat with JT’s Original Louisiana BBQ Sauce.

4. If you’re using charcoal, be sure to stack your coals in a pyramid-shaped mound for easy lighting. Dowse the charcoal with lighter fluid, wait 15 minutes, then light them.

5. Spread the coals after they turn gray. The heat from the coals should last about 2 hours.

6. To achieve a milder smoke flavor, try using alder wood!
